Huy (pronounced "hoyt") is a Washington State-based 501(c)(3) and (c)(4) non-profit organization established in 2012 to provide religious, cultural, and rehabilitative support for Indigenous prisoners in the Pacific Northwest. Huy means "see you again/we never say goodbye" in the Coast Salish Lushootseed language. Huy recently hired its first program staff and now seeks an Executive Director to help Huy build sustainable organizational structures, secure critical resources, and guide the organization into its next phase of impact.

The Native American Youth and Family Center (NAYA) seeks a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its executive leadership team. The COO will provide strategic leadership and oversight of core operations functions, including HR/People, IT, Facilities, Capital Planning, and the systems and infrastructure that nurture this vibrant and diverse community-based organization serving the Portland metro area’s Native community. As NAYA continues to grow in complexity, scale, and geographic footprint, the COO will play a central role in strengthening the organization’s capacity for the future.

Lisa is a strategic and mission-driven financial leader with extensive experience guiding organizations through growth, operational strengthening, and complex funding environments.

Global Neighborhood is pleased to announce the appointment of Deb Salls as its next Executive Director. Deb brings nearly 20 years of prior Executive Director experience, a proven track record of leading teams through organizational growth, and building and strengthening diversified fundraising streams.

Spokane Community Against Racism (SCAR) is pleased to welcome Invonne (Evee) Polanski as its new Operations Director. Evee was selected after an extensive search and will support internal capacity building to support SCAR’s mission. SCAR was founded in 2017 as a community-accountable, Black-led organization seeking to identify and address systemic racism.  Through education, advocacy, research, and community engagement, SCAR challenges the systems that perpetuate harms disproportionately impacting communities of color in the Spokane community.
