Founded in 2017, Inatai Foundation is the only 501(c)(4) philanthropic organization of its size dedicated exclusively to Washington State. With a mission to transform the balance of power to advance equity and racial justice across Washington and beyond, Inatai believes lasting change happens when communities have the power and freedom to shape every system and decision that affects them. Achieving this vision requires strong leaders and healthy, well-supported organizations. To help realize this, Inatai is seeking a Director of Leadership and Capacity Building to join its growing Learning and Community Engagement team.
